I have 5 years of work experience in manual testing. My F1 visa got approved recently! I could learn things faster but I had never done coding till now. Is it a better decision to switch to the coding side now? Can I compete with the other people and get a job by the time I graduate? I heard that people apply for some hundreds of companies and barely get 2-3 interview calls. From now on, I think the situation will be worse after 2 years as lakhs of students came into the USA this year. Also, I got admission in a low ranked Day-1 CPT college. Does this Day-1 CPT affect me in any way during H1B filing? I'm in the utter state of confusion. Any suggestions or if you could make a video on how a non-IT employee with 5-6 years of work experience can manage to get a job in this extremely competitive job market?

Will she get admission in good college especially in California or Florida. Can u suggest what course is best for her? What are the skills she should develop before coming to us.
