How to make a wooden speargun from mahogany plywood.
This is part-5 of my wood Speargun project, in this video you will see the final cutting of the stock profile using a bandsaw, after I removed two milimeters from the top face of the wood speargun using a wood jointer so the trigger mechanism seats above the top face of the speargun, next i drilled and cut the rubber bands slot on the speargun head using my small drill press machine in combination with a cross sliding tabe mounted on the drill press, creating a improvised milling machine! And finally cut the two side radius along the top face using a wood router to creat clearence for the rubber bands when the speargun is loaded!

- The trigger housing dimensions= 13x30x65mm, wall thickness:
2mm
Trigger and Sear= 5mm thick. All made from 316 grade stainless steel
Some of my channel viewers told me, that by using any free screen
recorder program to take "screen shots" from some of my videos, and
then using a image editing program like "Windows PAINT" to scale the images to get the right sizes. Watch the video

I used a CAD program "Google SketchUp free" if you want to learn how to use it just search on TH-cam, you`ll find lots of tutorials for it.

making the plans available will not be possible but i can give the overall dimensions from it.
Finish stock is: 1200mm long
At the tip "muzzle" 40mm wide x 38mm high this dimension tapers out to 50mm wide x 43mm high at 930 mm from the tip.
The trigger pocket starts at 1020mm from the tip of gun and mesures 65 long x 28 deep x 13 wide.
