Mcdonalds Management and how they speak to customers

This video shows how the management handles a complaint by a customer. Management Tells me in the drive thru that only one code on a phone can be used per visit and transaction. After speaking to the General Manager in the drive thru and that person walking off saying "oh my friggin god" I walk into the store. This is what happens next.

i'm new to management at mcd's and i can tell you that they are right. our card readers only take one phone coupon per transaction. please don't make a scene and a video over something so silly it makes you look like a bully like everyone seems to point out.
