Hi Allan. Depending on the village, in Venare and Treveia there are 40-50 ongoing constructions, with residents numbering 80-120 per village. These are Alveo villages. Thank you for watching!
I think in Lumira, numbers start to increase. Our lot is in Lumira, had it like 7yrs ago na yata. Been planning in having to build the house . We are currently based here in Abu Dhabi. Hello Ian! I am biased with anything Ayala because of its track record on the price appreciation. Sonoma's developer lacks experience in the horizontal development. I have ready buyers in Venare but in Sonoma it is a challenge to sell. There will be commercial areas near Venare soon. Thank you for your question.
