Nicely picked up and discussed every minor problem a new EV car customer might face, very insightful 👍🏼

I have done Jaipur - Delhi - Jaipur (via Delhi Mumbai Expressway) and jaipur to Bikaner without any trouble on my xuv400. The charging infrastructure is pretty well developed with multiple charging options. Both the trips were with AC on and at 85 to 90 kph speed. Had to stop only once each way for charging the vehicle for 40 to 45 mins while we took refreshments. So long trips are absolutely doable, only planning is needed

That is correct. The infrastructure is building and there could be more improvements so that none of the EV owners feel any anxiety of long range trips.

I also own XUV 400 & driven 6350 km in 3 months. Till that it was a fantastic car. Suddenly problem arised in battery and it showed only 14% despite charged fully. It is repeated again. Later charging also not allowed by it and drivetrain malfunction appeared in display. So it was sent to the dealer workshop through RSA. Till now they have not fully diagnosed it and totally hopeless situation for me.

@@kamlesh16th there is a very high chance that one or more cells of the battery pack have stopped working optimally. Ask the workshop to share the obd2 scanner report for detailed information on the battery.
Write to Mahindra to replace your battery or the complete vehicle since it is under warranty.

What's on Road price and Range with ac on

With the current festive offers, the EL pro variant with 39.4 kWh battery pack should cost Rs 15.6 Lakh on road in Delhi. The Dual Tone variant will be 20k extra.
You can expect a range between 270-300 kms with the AC. But it depends mainly on the driving.

Did he say 200km range? Omg, thats very less.

@@vgnow6558 but he did say that he doesn't drive to extract the maximum range but for the fun of driving the EV.
XUV400 users usually report an average range of 270-300 kms with AC on.
