The menu has a few pictures and I am grateful for that as it is easier to understand the kind of dish.
Typical bistro dishes such as Croque-Monsieur and Croque-Madame are present.
There is a special dish, grilled sausages and aligot (mashed potatoes with fresh cream and cheese).
You have to eat it at least once!
The owner is smiling and kind, and the warmth is felt throughout the restaurant, which makes me want to come back.

"Le Bistrot des Vosges" is located near the Place des Vosges,
on the boulevard Beaumarchais, it is easy to find.
The interior is pleasant, the decoration is typical of a bistro.
I recommend the onion soup.
It was so delicious and unforgettable.

本当はオニオンスープの後にクロックマダムを二人で分け合うつもりだったんですが
スープが結構なボリュームで…でもお腹に余裕が少しあったのでカフェ・グルマンを注文しました🎵

Je ne sais pas si le "café gourmand" est une invention française mais beaucoup de bistrot le propose et les plus sympathiques essai de varier les composants sucrés. Pour le moment, celui du Bistro Lyonnais (à côté de la gare de lyon) est de loin le plus "gourmand"... 😇

The base of the soup is a beef consume with a healthy amount of olive oil...the cheese is usually a dry white cheese slice melted over a giant toasted crouton: like Swiss or Mozzarella or Provolone (pick your favorite)...dts/usa
