I am only confident enough to paint her toenails and massage her feet with coconut oil so far as the thought of cutting her cuticles scares me just incase I hurt her. I trim her toenails to exactly the same length as yours and shape them squoval. I didn't know that hard skin tonic product even existed so I will definitely get some of that but after seeing what came off of your feet on that scraper I think thats a job for her! Lmao ... Went to the Elim website and one is not able to purchase unless you have or work at a salon/spa. The best thing about this video was the removal of the skin and it’s supposed to be how one can do a at home pedicure so maybe use products everyone can buy

1:29 nail polish is almost completely removed from big toenail using a hand file. 1:33 nail polish reappears on big toenail after switching to an e-file to do second toenail. LOL I don't know how that happened but it was funny. You did a beautiful job on your pedicure. I get a callus on my big toe in the same place as yours, btw.

I’ve been doing it for years and I’m a big girl. You get flexible by doing it more and more. I also do Yoga so that helps.
if you cannot reach your toes, you need to stop living a sedentary lifestyle. It's a sign of poor lower back muscles which causes back pain.

Good technique for the callouses! Very gentle. I haven't seen those scrapers used in the U.S. I like this method a lot more than sharp tools!

The nail polish that appeared on the big toe was the dust from filing with the e-file covering the big toe nail.
