We've all said things like "This lake would be amazing if someone managed it better!" It turns out, there is a ranch in Texas where they're doing exactly that. Jack Brittingham's Briar Lakes Ranch is known for incredible trophy White Tail deer hunts, but in the middle of the ranch lies several of the best kept secrets in Texas. These lakes have been meticulously managed to produce trophy bass and it shows!

I had a great day like this in 1991, bank fishing! I was young and took it for granted and that was a mistake. I’ve never had a day close to that before or since. I caught a 12lb 4oz mega that day and the smallest was six pounds. I must have caught a hundred pounds if I caught an ounce. I’m not physically able to get out there anymore though I can from time to time get out on a boat. So I reset my PB it’s now four pounds. I will always fish and keep going until I just can’t move anymore. Thanks for the best fishing video I have ever seen! Took me back to my old days and for that I’m so grateful!

what an incredible way to learn your electronics, fish positioning, what fish and more specifically good fish, look like. Not saying its easy by any means, but in a controlled lake with limited pressure this seems like a great way to learn what you should be looking for. This seems like a great way to really fine tune your game with maybe some better results than heavily pressured public lakes- again still not saying its easy

I work for the company that built Jack’s trophy room and was apart of the crew working on it. Unfortunately we weren’t aloud to fish it but I heard stories of giants in there!

I am lucky to have a lake on my work's campus that has minimal fishing pressure. It's a lot of fun to be able to use the lures you want to get bit on, rather than having to use the lures the bass want to bite!

You guys had a memorable trip….then again, I’d probably have an epic day there too. You guys make it look easy……..I’m always fishing highly pressured lakes, and feel real lucky to catch a 5-fish limit.
Tim shouldn’t be allowed to use an A-rig! 🤓Every time I see him fishing A-rigs, it feels like he’s fishing in a swimming pool full of hungry bass! 😅 The fish have no chance! I remember watching Bill Dance fish a bunch of private farm ponds when taping his fishing shows and those ponds he fished were loaded with big bass! He used an assortment of lures, many which ended up in my tackle box. 😂
This was our first time fishing a private lake like this so we can relate! We cut out some of it, but interesting enough, it wasnt a "cast anywhere and catch a bass" lake. The fish were on the move and seemed to be on the best spots.
That would be a blast, but it would ruin my normal fishing forever lol 🎣
