I tried Bawarchi biryani in 2008. No doubt there's no competition.. We need one outlet of the same in Delhi now.. I really bet all biryanis will fail..
We have our own delhi style biryani but no authentic hyderabadi biryani outlet.

@@Akelehimarenge Try Bikgane Biryani in CP. A couple of years back, the outlet used to be a franchisee shop of Paradise Biryani brand of Hyderabad itself.
I won't compare their version with Bawarchi as I am, myself an ardent fan of the aforesaid. No authentic Hyderabadi Biryani is available in our Delhi, isn't true either.

@@Akelehimarenge Already tried some specialities from my native place. Couldn't relish the taste as it seemed to contain certain preservatives to remain fresh longer. It's more of beating an empty pitcher.

I lived in Hyderabad for 3 years due to college. I had biryani in several places but nothing like Bawarchi and Shah ghouse. Especially i miss that faluda in Shah ghouse. Miss those days. And soon will visit again

Dili sukoon mila ke koi to hai jo rangat dene ke liye zafran istemal kar raha hai. An interesting fact about Hyderabadi biryani, they are cooked by two methods and accordingly are called Kachchi Biryani and Pakki Biryani. Please visit Nizam Palace if you have time in hand. That is a huge museum. Don't know if all those Zevraat and Jawahraat still being displayed or not.
