Wow never seen a train station like this one
If the trains to the airport are private instead of public, there should be a fleet of trains specific to the airport train line; instead of using Transport NSW trains. Twenty dollars just one way is too much!

Lvfree Adventures we are still waiting for Sydney metro to finish tho, way faster, platform doors, more modern, stops every stop. These trains are modern looking, but slow and don’t have platform doors
Our Waratahs are fast if you consider there weight and passenger comfort comes first . Very advanced systems onboard tho

Why is everyone on top deck
My theory is that people are like cats. They prefer a high position. - they can see more and it’s easier to defend and relocate quickly so it is subconsciously viewed as safer 😂. Not all those points apply to people on trains of course but people can’t escape their human nature that goes back to their arboreal origins when these things really mattered.

Sydney's airport railway stations are outrageously expensive. To pay nearly $20 just use the station is disgusting. I think that this surcharge should be axed immediately. This would briung it in line with the rest of the rail / bus network.
Well take a taxi and compare the prices
