A lot of folks do tutorials, but they are often difficult to follow and have holes. This was without doubt one of the best videos I have seen. I was able to follow along and build a bot just like it using our target.
I enjoyed this video. Really some great insights. I have started to lean towards Voiceflow so this was great timing. This chatbot is a good foundation to build off and I plan to use it. Keep up the great work and keep sending those gold nuggets. I love me some gold.

What is better to use for building an AI chatbot? Voiceflow or Botpress?

I previously chose Voiceflow over Botpress and this really gave me some clarity. Please continue to do Voiceflow videos and can you add integration with Make instead of Zapier?
Yep. Pretty much everything that can be done through Zapier can be replicated with Make (at a much lower cost)
The only aspect you have to pay attention is when it comer to “GPT Memory” that is, how much your chatbot integrations can actually remember what users said previously.
… If you’re using ChatGPT, of course.

Hello liam, thanks for this video. What makes voiceflow better than botpress what should i use as a beginner?
Great video, just a quick question on what you said re pricing for clients. You mentioned you just charge them a set monthly fee so they don't have to worry about usage spikes. How do you estimate this at the start of the contract? Voiceflow seems to operate a different pricing model based on token usage (compared to BotPress for example) and it looks like you could burn through these very quickly if you''re not careful resulting in a large bill!!

Hey Jeff. Would highly suggest to steer away from most AI-bot providing companies in your case. (Talking from experiences with our own multinational clients in here)
Stick to stablished companies like ManyChat. You can do a lot (it surprises me people are not talking how much can be done actually) and you’ll be way more on the safe side with things like GDPR, NDAs and so forth.

Hi Liam, I'm new to your channel and just saw a few of your videos - They are great of course. It looks like VoiceFlow is quite similar to BotPress except that Voice Flow is even more AI-based in terms of asking different variations to the same question. Am I right?

Btw, how do you integrate the webchat with the clients website. Would love to see that. Plus, how much do you charge per clients when building this Chatbot?
Pretty much every chatbot software allows you to integrate though code or plugin, tends to be incredibly simple.
Now when it comes to charging, that depends heavily on your positioning, how mature your company is, referrals, etc.
If you’re just starting out, create them for free for people you know and use them as examples (WAY easier to sell by showing them by telling) and for testimonials. Truly mean it.

Hey great video! However, I have a question. When you store the users information to sheets or email how do you give that information to your clients? Do you have to somehow get access to their email and password to sign in to zapier so they can receive the users information?
You just add them as admins/owners of the Google sheet. Pretty easy and effective.

I find the process of incorporating the bot into the clients websites difficult, little to know directions, deploying into their site on their certain web provider platforms etc
How much it costs to maintain a monthly chatbot depends on voiceflow or wsp?
Great video. I am also building with VoiceFlow and currently having problem with No match Knowledge base. Basically when the AI cant find the answer in knowledge base i want it to go to different node and take different path than if it knew the answer. I know I can do it in Botpress with expression. But i didnt figure it out yet with VoiceFlow. How do you handle this "No Match KB" Problem?

Hi Liam, I have created a chatbot following your steps. While everything works nicely, the answer provided by the bot is very inaccurate and sometimes provides answer which is not at all relevant. I have added all my website urls, some faq docs as my knowledge base source but it is not working. What can be the probable issue? Please help.

Quite impressive you managed to create an entire chatbot with just one option: 'Do you have more questions.' That's a real feat!
Fun fact: Even without that card, VF bot provides answers based on the KB, by default.
