Im 59 and a lover of instrumentals and oldies of the 50's and the 60's but have never heard of a song or instrumental by this name until I stumbled upon this. And I must say that I researched a lot about this song and the various versions of it, but no plays it so beautifully as Tony. Absolutely fantastic and a delight to hear this version. Looking forward to hearing more of other songs from you, Tony.

This is a cool song, a lot of good instrumental music came out of Europe, PI, and Japan. This is a really cool version of Ajoen Ajoen; I have heard The Ventures version, which is also very good. I thought from the sound of the song the way The Ventures performed it that it was of French origin. My ignorance found out after looking it up that it was an Indonesian (Dutch East Indies) song. I also collect electric guitars current count is 50 which includes my latest addition a Rickenbacker 360/12 in a fireglo finish. I think the Fender Jazzmaster is one of the best sounding guitars for rock and surf music.
