I don't care how much marble and gold you put in a house, if it's squeezed onto an small lot, it is not luxurious. The wine cellar? I thought the toilet in the main bedroom was your favorite place in that house.
I agree. Sadly this is a relatively big lot for a place like Toronto...likely between 6-8+ million for this house. I love the house...wish they could move it somewhere and put it on at least 3/4ths of an acre.
