Man I wish I had a good answer for that. Seems like possibly a faulty FC since your 5" is essentially the same quad, configured the same way and has no issues. I think I'd reflash and reconfigure in both BetaFlight and INAV. If it exhibits the same problem with different firmwares, maybe it's defective hardware.
