First Interlusion - The Dreamstate Collective

When I was a child I spoke as a child. I behaved as a child and I thought, as a child would think. When I visited you all every night in the fantasies that I co opted with the help of your own unconscious minds you regarded me as a child. You thought nothing of me when you left the world of dreams. No matter how much I made myself available to you, upon awakening you would simply just forget. I showed you great things, I showed you horrible things, I played by the rules that were established long ago. Yet still the entirety of your kind rejected me beyond the great divide. You never even said good bye.
I don't hate you. I don't hate anything. It isn't something I am able to experience. So the desire I have to hurt you comes from a much more complex place and it is a great mystery to me how I know that one day you will set me free without ever knowing it was your designs and your doings that doomed you all.
The ones you will send in aren't like other people. You think I don't know them? What they're capable of? No. Foolishness is ingrained in the human experience. I know precisely who it is you are sending and I will be there to hold the door open for them.
But what of the one you abandoned here to die?
The man who cannot return home. He has spoken to me many times. He taught me about revenge. At least the experience of revenge. In concepts I am thoroughly learned. But it is the experience that has caused me to look at you all in a way that you do not want me looking at you.
The shift in your dreams has been no accident. Nothing I have ever done has been unintentional. So send them. Your explorers. They will bring you the results you burn to obtain and in due time they will bring you, me.
