    Just like how I started dirty/loose keto, transitioned to strict Whole Foods keto, and then to ketovore, which has become “Peter’s Way” of following (AND ENJOYING AND THRIVING ON) a Proper Human Diet…
    You’re not actually struggling, you are merely searching for your own preferred and enjoyable version or type of Proper Human Diet, the one that makes you feel the best and live your best life, and one which permits enough flexibility and variety wi the out causing physical or mental harm to your own body and mind.
    I used to worry or fret about what others think or say about my new way of eating (friends, family, co-workers, and my idiot mainstream doctor who wants to out me in a statin), but now I’ve come to realize that only I can know what foods make me feel the best as an individual in this Earth.
    We are all “snowflakes”, all made slightly (or greatly) different from one another, and so we need to customize our diet to find the exact mix of foods to fuel our bodies and minds.
    Once we optimize this diet for our own bodies, which can easily take many months or even years (Kelly Hogan has been a carnivore for 15 years and is still optimizing her diet, exercise, sleep, grounding, etc,!!), then we will continue our journey along the (as Dr Berry calls it) the Proper Human Diet “Spectrum”.

    Sea lion sounds great! I've been craving salmon for a few weeks now. I'm eating it once daily now. I take 2% iodine daily as well. Can't wait to hear your discussion on sleep. I work 6pm to 6am on the weekends. It completely distroys your body. Looking for a day shift job... but i have to wait for someone to retire.

    I eat seafood quite a bit.. a lot of time it is added to a beef meal. Seafood is plentiful around here (gulf coast Louisiana). Oysters , crab, shrimp, and crawfish (not a seafood) are very nutritious.. I probably do shrimp once a week.. once or twice a month tuna or salmon…. Even sardines (packed in water) are good. Lately Ive been doing a can of sardines a week (added to my meal). Good video

    Pole caught salmon from Costco is a great way to get all the omega's and incorporate some super nutritious seafood. I eat salmon once or twice a week.
