Testing old VST plugins in FL Studio 4 (2004)

This video didn't turn out so great but on this channel nothing goes to waste so here we are, I lost a bunch of footage but tried to make it coherent. Better luck in the next vid.
Note that especially samples you'll find from Internet Archive are not necessarily copyright cleared so do some research before using anything on serious projects :D Also don't install random stuff without a VM.

Woah the algorithm is too clever! My first version was "FruityLoops" 2.5 before there was a piano roll, and when I eventually got a legit copy it was FL 6. I've always wanted to go back and explore some of the versions I missed. This is super nostalgic.

Nice. Yeah the pattern selector is sort of carry over of Rebirths pattern selector as rebirth was super cool thing that FL studio sort of replaced. btw that is probably more happy hardcore than DnB but whatever works for you.

how do you find the vsts and sample packs on the internet archive? i looove old 2000s pop and 90s hip hop and i really feel like i dont have the right sounds for that stuff

Digi preset was awesome in the old version of sytrus, in the now sytrus the digital preset is not the same.

I bought jBridger just to run old stuff like this in modern Ableton, I guess recent versions of FL can still run old 32 bit stuff natively right?
