We've just had our leaflet through warning of power cuts. Nonstop adverts on radio about what we can do to save the climate. I see people love this. Love the control. Lunacy. Keep it up Paul. Regards
Thanks again, Paul. Clear and important video. I'm just reading a piece about warehouse automation in the USA, and I came across this: "But bringing in robots isn’t a simple solution. It doesn’t work for some facilities that weren’t built with automation in mind, and the technology requires warehouses to use much more power, a resource that has become scarce in many regions as the booming data center sector overwhelms utilities." A resource that is becoming scarce... In the USA. Things are going to get scary faster than we think.
The interviewees are clearly educated with copy and paste degree. But the person paying their wages will be making millions. Follow the money as always. The useful (less) idiots are cheap as muck.
Thank you Mr Burgess (Yet Again) While we are arguing who we can find to sell the most expensive electricity to supply the Island, China, India and other countries are building more and more coal burning power plants. It’s madness. We and Britain must be a laughing stock around the world. Not even mentioning the rest of the craziness.
I'll cut off all background noise: if wind energy is convenient, should be an entirely private enterprise, and it should be financially feasible to sell energy to the grid for a profit. If not, it's just BS.
Happer is a great scientist and a very nice man. Nobody will debate him, myself or anyone on my side. A r ent sattrempt had the Green party agreeing providing they had 16 against the two of us with two of ud being allowed 1/8th of the time!!
The IoM appears to be intending on relying on the UK interconnector to supply power when their windfarms are unable to generate sufficient electricity. If the IoM is suffering a wind shortage, it would be likely that the UK would also be suffering a similar shortage of wind generated electricity, and the UK would be relying on the interconnectors from Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. (The UK currently imports 20-25 percent of our electricity) If all of Europe suffers a wind drought, would it be likely that all interconnectors to the UK would be shut down, and the interconnectors from the UK to IoM and Ireland would also need to be disconnected? I think we are relying far too much on imported electricity and imported gas required to generate our own electricity, and need to reconsider coal, and fracked gas as a source of reliable domestically generated electricity.
I'm sure that Paul is not the font of all knowledge in relation to this subject but the residents of the Isle on Man should be very concerned even if he is only 70% right. The truth is out there if the residents have the will to look. I suspect the majority of them don't and, just like with covid, they swallow the establishment narrative regardless. What is interesting about this is that the scene is a microcosm compared to what is going on in the whole of the UK. If we see the residents of the IoM ignoring reality and adopting this disastrous technology then we will likely sleepwalk into the same on the mainland.
I have 2 questions. Do you think things are being confused by the lack of knowledge, or would you rather suspect that the people are being mislead by a group that intentionally lies about climate, load factors & costs? A lot of money is at stake so what may be the % of 'useful idiots' here? Do people of Isle of Man still have a say, or has the deal already been done and they will swap their forest for turbine farm no matter what?
Dear paul please pass this knowledge you possess to a non corruptible student like a master of martial arts .your information should not be watered down. Thank you.
What is this woman’s function? And what is her training and experience in that function? She’s talking nonsense as far as I can see. Is she a politician and does she think her career can be advanced by jumping on a delusional but obligatory green bandwagon? Did you say she is part of the ‘government’. Am intrigued as to her title?
Is this the same woman who you debated with on Manx Radio? Whoever it was was vacuous and had no argument against your knowledge, and ended up using ad hominem attacks on you from what I remember.
No, that was the Green Party leader. If these people were professional and open they would welcome evidence I can bring to the table or at the very least shoot my evidence down but they do not. They ignore it.

One silver lining is that between breezy days, the residents of the Isle of Man can enjoy additional holidays of no work or economic activity.
Back to fishing for herrings.

Thanks again for your efforts, Paul!
Thanks Paul, net zero is madness, glad to see your eye is on the mend 😀
Cant believe how these people are so deluded.... Deluded or just corrupt
Just corrupt
One could describe this project as Quixotic. Pun intended.

Spot on. Igf it was cheaper as claimed then private industry would step in and make a killing.
