Excellent job explaining the push targets muscles worked and detailing the exercises for them. I've watched the video twice and the pull day exercises weren't listed and I only heard you mention lats. 😅

perfect timing! I just switched my workout routine from bro split to leg, pull & push . I chose to try this because I was trying to fit 2 legs session in a week while still being able to train all other muscle groups individually + get at least 2 rest days. it felt almost impossible. I feel like I am able to spread my exercises throughout the week more efficiently with leg, pull & push. awesome vid!

Apparently that’s what I was doing I just didn’t know the terms, I just call it chest shoulders triceps day and
    Back biceps and core day
    And then legs

For a natural which one do you recommend push pull legs or Arnold split with antagonist muscle groups for going to the gym 4 days per week?Thank you so much!!

In my opinion you should do one of them for 2-3 months, before doing the other and after that find something new. If you are set on going 4 times a week, upper lower split can keep the frequency up to twice per week. For PPL and Arnold split you need 6 days a week in the gym for sufficient frequency per muscle.

When do you do lower back and abs?

I'm pretty sure abs is the one muscle group you can train everyday. If your doing core exercises that also targets your abs.

Facepulls and shrugs. Should i do them on my pull days? Rear delts Are part of the shoulder, and i usually did shrugs on my push days but im not sure what is best. Help please

I do rear delts on back day, in fact I do rear delts as the first exercise on pull day because it can be difficult to target them at the end of the workout. It seems to work pretty well for me but for most naturals 6 days a week can be a lot to recover from but that is a very individual thing. 3-4 days per week is the sweet spot for me.
