Вообще Бат-ям - достаточно опасный и криминальный город, а ещё там русское гетто. Но, набережная Бат-яма мне нравится больше Тель-авивских пляжей из за того, что находится она на возвышенности относительно моря, что открывает более удачный вид и обеспечивает отдыхающим на пляже больше приватности, так-как с проезжающих машин пляжа не видно, в отличии от Тель-Авива
Well, there is no clouds in the sky most of the year if we talking about Tel Aviv region. It is pure blue sky above. You can see some clouds at the winter time for couple of months a year, but in the summer - almost every day absolutely clear.
