Pyramid Lake Nevada 18 fish day! START OF THE SPRING BITE!

- Late winter early spring fishing report of Pyramid Lake Nevada. We were trolling on the northern West Bank of the lake. We were north of Warrior point most of the day.
Trolling gear.
U20 flatfish
2 oz weight
4 inch sling blade
We were catching most of these fish in 20 to 45ft of water. The gear was most likely 15-20ft down and our troll speed was 2.0 mph when trolling the flatfish.

Thanks, I was bummed when I forgot the net. I wasn't sure how the day was going to end up. I will never forget the net again.

Couldn't ask for much better especially with the weather.
Were u fishing from bout where the road turns to gravel at Warrior down to the ranch on way to monument? Was thinking of tubing the area couple hundred yards down from where the road ends and working north.
Yeah that is where we caught most of the fish. Staying in about 20-40 feet of water. More flat littoral zones that didn't have a large drop off.
Thanks for the info. Maybe I will try that spot next time. Been fishing Warrior point last couple times and like to stay away from the crowds.

We float tube and fly fish most of the time but spin fish and ladder too if weather bad. Thanks again for the info.
