You certainly have a gift for doing these videos. I can understand it being a distraction being filmed whist working or speaking. One needs to find a middle ground rather than anything goes or every thing is banned.
There's definitely a balance when filming at events and gatherings, I've done plenty to understand how to navigate such spaces whilst also respecting the people in attendance there ~Peace~
Hi Zed 👍 Do you know the dates for Spoonfest 24, struggling to find the dates online. Thanks mate, keep up the good work. I do carve spoons but find the bowls fiddly and time consuming, spatulas give my creativity more of a free run. I enjoy your content, hopefully bump into you at Spoonfest 24👍
Hi Michael, the exact dates for this years Spoonfest haven't been released yet, but it's usually the first weekend of August. Worth joining their email newsletter on their website to be kept up to date with ticket release, etc. Have a wonderful year ahead and happy carving! ~Peace~

So sorry to hear about the change in policy. I think that I MIGHT understand why , but feel that it is shortsighted. Even your detailed videos with individual makers conceal pearls that I discover and digest after multiple viewings. I doubt that seeing your video is an alternative to being there in person. It is, however, for others (like me from across the pond) enticement to make a trip. Thank you for your efforts; you feed my spoon carving addiction!
