It’s 2023 and Mo rendition is still iconic and unmatched. That young man dug deep with his soul with that one. It was raw and unforced, just pure. I hope he’s doing great things now.
But as I always feel on any of these singing competitions, if a great singer loses or wins but doesn’t get far the judges need to step in. They should arrange for their record label to sign them. They want to win but not help.
Mo, hands down. Sophie has a good voice too, but she completely lacks the angst of the song that Mo expresses so well. Didn't at all connect with Bat-Od either (and his vocals are the weakest of the three).
I agree with you. Even tho Sophie got the voice to sing it.. she dont feel it as Mo do. This song is a rebellion and she just sings it without that...rage and hope and all the other things..Mo it is..

Yeah no. Technical ability does not a story tell. And her technical ability alone isn't on par with Mo, even just in this montage. Add in storytelling (she's flat, there's none), and emotion (again, she's flat - there's none), and Mo owns her all round.
iron sky - my favourite song ever. mo had me absolutely stunned. he killed it. i’ve listened to plenty of covers of that iconic paolo nutini song and that was my favourite one, by far!
Mo's performance was a masterpiece. But I'm happy that I checked out this clip because I've just discovered Sophie. And although she seemed a bit too reserved, her voice is also pretty amazing. Well done, Sophie!
Mo, so much emotion, like Paolo it felt like it made a statement. People may be able to sing Paolo's notes but I think Mo also conveyed some of his frustration and soul. Amazing
Mo's version makes me wanna sing along and nearly almost brings me to tears to feel what he's channeling. It is powerful nonetheless. All of them did a great rendition.
Mo Rocked It! I Still Get Goosebumps and Chills When I Hear Him Sang It. His Soul Is In That Song For Real Real! Hands Up and Down!!! And That Means Good No Matter What Nobody Says! Mo Mo Mo Mo Mo Mo! 🔥🎶
Mo's the best! He's the only one who kept the soul of the song intact. Both other contestants kept smiling while singing, this song has to be sung as Mo did. Harsh and mighty!
They were all really good but Mo took it too a different level and truly felt the music, the vibe is just so intense and powerful in his rendition. I really like Sophia's tone too though, here's is definitely my second favorite.
The best Version - from Mo. He sang it a few more, but this - the first - is really the BEST. ...Thinking his Voice stops -- but, he sings it going on. BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for this Masterpiece
Mo is number one, his emotion and voice was so good Sophie is number two, her voice is beautiful but you can’t beat how much raw emotion Mo was showing compared to her
Le 2 ème je suis totalement fan. Comment une telle voix, une telle puissance peut faire ressortir autant d'énergie, de partage et de pouvoir dans un corps si "chétif". Lui, I love him like that ❤️❤️❤️. Mais pourquoi on ne l'entend pas plus on the radio. Le premier est bon mais Mo est exceptionnel.
I came here without a doubt that Mo would have the best version. I watched the first one and was confident Mo still had it, but damn if Sophie didn't slay. Effortless, great tone. Mo is still great, but that girl got pipes
Approaching 2024, I've just come across this song for the first time. Initially, I witnessed Sophie's rendition and was genuinely captivated by her. I found myself wondering, "Where has she been all this time?" She exudes beauty, cuteness, sweetness, adorableness, and immense talent. It struck me how certain songs are tailor-made for performances on shows like these, capable of determining one's success or failure in the competition. Mo also delivered an outstanding rendition of the same song. Despite that, I'm surprised Sophie hasn't become a star after this particular performance. It's puzzling that I can't find much about her, apart from this one song and perhaps another..
They were all really good, I vote for Mo, but Sophie has a really raw and gritty voice. I would like to hear more of her. She reminds me of Stevie Nicks.
Mo is just other worldly. You gotta live some life in order to climb inside and deliver the message of a song like Iron Sky. Sophie .. ya know I ain't mad at her. As she began singing her rendition had that early circa 2000 trip hop vibe of Portishead , which I love.❤️ . She dropped the intensity at the end which is bad musical delivery and a no no performance wise. She's young and will grow into her talent. The first guy was just okay.
It’s 2023 and Mo rendition is still iconic and unmatched. That young man dug deep with his soul with that one. It was raw and unforced, just pure. I hope he’s doing great things now.
He released an album, his label did not promote him and he got dropped
Absolutely
@@Philipp19967 Yes, it's like they just abandoned him. No idea why.

Obviously Mo, its a masterpiece
No doubt
@Bilbo Baggins
It's actually pretty close.
He sang it so much better than the original artist
@Bilbo Baggins it clearly says "the voice" so no one in their right mind should even be bringing up the original (which was obviously mind blowing)
Fuck I’m obsessed with mo but that girl did kill it too. Mo still the best tho
You can’t beat the raw emotion that Mo put into his rendition.
Except if you're the man that wrote it.
Agree a hundred percent...the guy is fenomenal!!
Mo killed it , let's be honest, it's a song sung from the soul. The Abbey road performance by Paolo is a must watch just stellar , your welcome guys.
Watched it and you are 100% right! Paolo is like Mo-- a whole nother level!😁
Paolo's always makes me cry. And I don't even know why.
The craziest thing is that the speech in Paolo's Version is not from some famous politician or philosopher, but rather it is from Charlie Chaplin!
MO Iron Sky who still watching it in 2021 ... with his amazing voice he can break the time

Mo no competition there he brought us into the emotions of the song.
It's 7 years later, I still watch Mo's audition. It cannot be beat. Giving Paulo a run for his money❤
I think Paolo's relaxed.
No chance!
Mo is big wow but Paolo ? Paolo is the God, without competition

Mo is on a different level
It’s an expressive song of pure emotion, only Mo made me believe. He also kept it close to the original but still put his own twist to it, class 👌
Exactly. Only Mo was able to bring across the message of the song.
The woman is the most talented vocally, but it doesnt matter.
The emotion Mo brought to that performance is out of this world.

Mo is the most talented.
Paulo Nutini breathed life into this song, and Mo gave it the honour it deserves.
Mo’s audition is probably the best I’ve ever heard. Jeffrey Adam Gout’s was dope too.
Two people sang this amazing song (quite well tbh).
And one person lived and breathed it. Go Mo!
Mo. I can't stop listening to his version, it's so inspiring.
Listen to the original. Its superior. Paolo live at the Abbey studio.
You know those performances that take all the energy from the universe and it flows through your whole body? That’s Mo’s performance
By far MO he killed it.
