Mo, hands down. Sophie has a good voice too, but she completely lacks the angst of the song that Mo expresses so well. Didn't at all connect with Bat-Od either (and his vocals are the weakest of the three).

Yeah no. Technical ability does not a story tell. And her technical ability alone isn't on par with Mo, even just in this montage. Add in storytelling (she's flat, there's none), and emotion (again, she's flat - there's none), and Mo owns her all round.

It struck me how certain songs are tailor-made for performances on shows like these, capable of determining one's success or failure in the competition. Mo also delivered an outstanding rendition of the same song. Despite that, I'm surprised Sophie hasn't become a star after this particular performance. It's puzzling that I can't find much about her, apart from this one song and perhaps another..

Mo is just other worldly. You gotta live some life in order to climb inside and deliver the message of a song like Iron Sky. Sophie .. ya know I ain't mad at her. As she began singing her rendition had that early circa 2000 trip hop vibe of Portishead , which I love.❤️ . She dropped the intensity at the end which is bad musical delivery and a no no performance wise. She's young and will grow into her talent. The first guy was just okay.
