I hope Pittman succeeds this year and is able to continue to build but saying the alternative is Chad Morris is RIDICULOUS, the man is nationally accepted as one of the worst hires in SEC history

Short answer to the headline question? No. That's not meant to be critical or a call to get him out. It's more like with all the changes, the emphasis on offense with at least a good defense, Pittman had no experience outside of being a position coach. If Arkie can win 8 or 9 from time to time, it's always going to be dependent on a good OC that he can hold on to.

I’m sure at some point Pittman will figure it out you gotta look at the people he’s had the pleasure of getting that knowledge from. Bobby Petrino, Barry Odom, hell even Dan Enos. At some point if we can win or the fans can be patient I think Pittman won’t relay on head coach experience so much. But what better guy than Bobby to learn from. An to think of him an Coach Saban are close friends he could even go to him

Last year showed his downfalls as a head coach. From the disastrous hire of Enos, to the horrible o line play (his specialty), to is team letting go of the rope aka quitting on him. He self admittedly is a buddy first to players, which always ends in disaster. Said the Miss state game was a must win, and his team scored 3 points. He's gotta go

Pittman is the worst sec coach. Gotta go
