If someone has a mechanical engineering degree and have experience in manufacturing industry either in production or quality than masters in Supply chain management is actually the best rather than industrial Engineering because you already studied engineering stuff it's better to study some management especially related to operation management . The most courses are Supply chain management there is no specific operation management courses . So it's the best degree for mechanical engineers and pay is very high too even in india but yes u need engineering degree in bachelor and good experience. These course actually take to a managerial level position.
I agree with the arts part, have seen so many people who studied things like graphic design return back. Even among our alumni a majority of them that I saw have come back after Masters in Arts, Architecture etc. Few of them who stayed back just married someone from USA and now follow their "passion".
Hi Nishtha, what would be the job scope for Master’s in Design Management … ? My daughter has done graphic design from Pune and is now doing the Design Management program in Savannah (SCAD). It is a STEM course. What would be her prospects for getting a job in the US now in 2025
So someone who wants to go usa coming from non engineering background what does he/she do? You stress heavily only CS/IT/Data science. The job market is brutal but you haven’t disclosed that fact even though you are pro tech programs.
