Does your Deebot send you push notifications? I have a 502 and it doesn't send any notifications even though the option is there in the app

Yes, it does! If you use iPhone 📲 just need to go to Setting / Notifications / Select Deebot App and Allow Notifications. Hope it helps...Tks for watching the video!

Hi - when ever POWER goes out while Deebot is in dock charging it starts and starts cleaning? is it normal.. i mean when power goes out it should start cleaning?

Yes, that is normal. Same happened to mine. But just wonder why you remove the power for charging station!? I keep mine on 24/7 since it doesn’t consume that much power when not charging. Also if the charging station is power off, the robot may not be able to return home for charging after run out of battery!

ECOVACS is a MUST have vaccum if you have kid and pet at home! First I was very skeptical about what this small vaccum robot can do...However, after a week of using - I’m so surprised that my house is much cleaner and yes, I stop using the traditional vaccum! Definitely recommend👍!

Assuming you asked about power disconnect, I recommend to have power connected as all time so robot can comeback to charging station automatically after run out of battery. Low power, shouldn’t waste that much energy! Hope it helps...

Make sure you remove the separator for the remote control battery...there should be a small plastic piece for you to pull out...
