Oh Jane, these are both such wonderful ideas, I love the little pesto roll ups you created, I can see trying them with different fillings like a bacon jam, or a pepper and onion filling, yum. The little hand pie also looks delicious, I love mincemeat, but we don't find it often in the states unless it's close to the holidays. I have a memory from when I was very little and my mom was making pies with homemade pie dough, she would also save some so my sisters and I could each make a little tart filled with a teaspoon of preserves inside of it, my choice was always peach or apricot. She would bake them up for us and we would have the satisfaction of getting to make our own, and of course they were always yummy. I have to say I love the way you turned the crimped edges into a scallop, such a brilliant idea. Thank you for sharing another video of time in the kitchen with you. Have a lovely weekend.
