Japan was the best trip of my life, Tokyo and Kyoto are something else, you feel like you are on a different planet. One of the highlights was staying up in the mountains in an ancient samurai village called Tsumago with a Japanese family running an ancient izakaya. Food and culture were unreal, definitely going back! Next time we want to visit the north so I'll be watching all your content for ideas 🙂👍
I live in Japan. I’d really like to show you guys a couple of car museums. One is in central Tokyo, the other is in Fukushima about 3 hours drive or about 3 and a half hours by train. The one in Fukushima likely won’t be open much longer and is by far the most unusual and unique car museum in Japan and probably all of Asia.
Oh wow cool! We are travelling across the country heading north so may be quite tight to visit but DM us on Instagram to see if we can make something happen! 🤩
@@wam_barnI’m sorry I don’t have instagram. Do you have an email that you could leave in the comments? If you’re comfortable doing that you can leave it in the comments and delete it once I email you so it’s not just sitting around forever. Let me know. I’m sure you guys are busy though so if you can’t no worries, but I would really enjoy showing you guys an extremely unique car museum in an area no TH-camr has ever been to. I could show you the rest of Fukushima as well since it’s nearby, it’s changed a lot recently but a lot of it is still abandoned so it’s a very strange place.
Next time when you travel to Japan in the september (still summer) try the Hokkaido, it is colder climate, better for hungry people amd turbocharged cars too 😎
There’s so many of them you could rent. There’s an entire industry around renting GTR’s to foreigners. Although a lot of them are technically not registered as rental cars. The R35 they have is registered as a rental car (わ number plate) so I’m glad they have a legit one.
@@obiwan8393Yeah that’s true, they’re here for long enough too. I’m honestly not sure what the process is like for bringing a car in on a short term basis is though, I assume absurdly complicated given it’s Japan.
Have any of you guys visited Japan? 🇯🇵
No but I wish one day
We wish!
Once or twice! Amazing place. Not spent much time up north though, so these videos are going to be educational.

My honeymoon was in there ❤

Jack teaching us about new versions of ginger and peach was very educative😂
Haha, Jack is very informative! Just posted the second part of our road trip, and we visited one of his favourite places! 🤩

That’s the plan for next year for sure 👌
I feel you lads were in your element at the ginger museum 😂😂
Oh we were for sure! 🤣👏🏼

Bro is living the dream
It’s very surreal!

Hi bro! Hope you’re good. When will you spec your Gemera and show us video?
We'll do the spec video once we've flown out to Sweden... gotta do it properly 😉
9:30 tf is even happening lmao

You should have flown your r34 gtr over there Shmee150 style.

@@conor7154 I get what you’re saying but if I were them I would find it more memorable to have done it in my own personal car.

That would’ve been cool!
Surprised you didn’t to the Gumball 3000 this year with all the rest of the TH-camrs
If the Japan trip didn’t coincide then we probably would’ve been going 😊
