Thanks for the info! I just got into DCS last week, have my HP Reverb and my x52 Hotas so i'm ready to explore but must say, I couldn't envision my time spent in a military sim without a C5 Galazy and a B2. THANK YOU!!!!

Huh...I didn't know DCS did not have a KC-10 ..one of my favorite big birds.
Well I think it had one, because I found some LUA code commented (not active in sim) referring to KC-10
Never tried to enable it tho, and probably broken anyway, but yeah it might be or have been in DCS some day !
Dude they need to add this stuff to the game for all. DCS lacks a bit of variety for such assets.

PLEASE READ!!!!! If you are having issues having this MOD work in 2.5.6, even if you followed all instructions to the "T" ; YOU MUST!!! ensure the little clock icon (Watch looking icon) IS NOT checked and highlighted in the lower tool bar of the mission editor. (I spent days searching, testing, repairing, re-downloading and nothing worked. This little clock button was checked and killing everything. Uncheck it if its highlighted and suddenly all the aircraft will be viewable in the drop down menu when adding a plane.
This caught me too. Just installed so I could have some b2s on Guam. It’s ca great package. Hope it gets added to and the drogue tanker gets sorted.
How is your cockpit so clean at 2:26? What are your settings in DCS?

does this mod include any sort of damage animation?
I have not tested the damage animation, but my guess is very minimal visuals if any.
Can PDI lights and ARO window be added to the KC10?

The installation isn’t working for me I used 7zip and put it into aircraft in mods and it doesn’t work, I’m on steam btw
Not familiar with the steam installation. Do you have the following folder in your saved games? Probably in your C: drive
X:\Users\"YourName"\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft\
That's where it should go, not your main DCS folder. And just want to verify that this mod is AI/computer controlled only. You don't actually fly these aircraft so you will not see them in your module list.
For more troubleshooting, post the the mod's forum thread listed in this video description.

So you're not seeing the airplanes in the mission editor when you select add airplane to the map?

In your module manager, located at the main menu next to the options menu, do you see Military Aircraft Module listed? If not, it was not installed correctly.
I recommend going to the DCS forum Mods and Apps for assistance. Not sure what else to tell you.
Everytime i get close to the kc10 in air refuel its says “break away break away break away”. Im not even close to it and it says that. I tried reinstalling the mod over and over again but no luck. Do you maybe know anything to fix this?
Well it is a mod and there are no guarantees it will work especially refueling. That's a tough one to code. I'd recommend posting at the forum for this mod.

Anyone tried It on 2.5 ? I tried to copy the mod în c: drive saved Games but the game doesnt even start
Does everyone on a server need to download the mod, or just the server host? Thanks for the vid!
If the server has the mod and is using it for a mission, then every client that joins would need it. Otherwise the clients would not see the aircraft and the mission would break.
non of this planes is flyable... do i need some other mods?!? Like FC3 or cam mod? I must only place the mam mod (extracted) into the mods folder C:\Users\xxx\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft , right?
This mod is non-flyable as stated in the video and the forum. The mod is used primarily for mission design AI traffic.

Nope. Just download and install to appropriate directory.

@@rajeshbt8146 if you cant afford FC3,buy the Su33 anf F15 module.
You could atl run both F22 (Grinelli) and Su57 (Cubanace) mods.Idk with the VSN ones,havent tried it yet.
I believe there are tons of aircraft mods that use the F15,Su33,or Su27 flight characteristics.
My DCS disabled the mod when the game loads and says I don't have permission, do you know why this is? Am I doing something wrong?

I think I saw an issue like this earlier today (12/14/2020) where someone had issues with the F-35 VSN mod and Anubis Hercules mod and their issue was that they accidentally installed it in both Program files and Saved games directories instead of just the saved games directory and so DCS was thinking they were trying to pirate a paid module
