Ito yung original plan ko , to get a loan from PAGIBIG so that somehow makapatayo ako ng bahay according sa plan and design na gusto ko, compared sa kukuha ka ng unit sa subdivision or yung mga forclosure but sadly sa dami ng requirments at haba ng process parang nakaka discourage. But i think it's it still worth a try wag mo lang talaga sobrang itaas yung expectation mo sa loan amount na iaapprove nila. Thanks for this informative video sir Chis!
