Rush sale only means a seller wants to sell their overvalued bahay at a pipe dream price.
Problem with this microscopic lot of 135 square meters is no backyard, tiny court yard in front and steep inclined stairway because of such tight setbacks and lot configuration. Get use to falling down those stairs and some guard rails would help for that steep climb up.😂
