NDSU has been a football powerhouse for over a decade straight! I’ve been watching college ball my entire life and Colorado is not what the media makes them out to be. They have decent players for sure but as a program they’re not good at all and I can’t believe Pat MAc and the boys are giving them that much praise it’s just ridiculous

No they are overrated. They are ranked like 38th by CBS I believe and 42nd or so by another ranking system. That's too high because NDSU was ranked like 62nd.

The FCS is definitely not the FBS. But, the FCS also has its group of “Blue Blood” teams that dominate year in and year out. Those teams have a tougher time getting FBS schools to put them on their schedules because there’s nothing to gain and everything to lose when they play them. That’s why when Utah, for example, plays FCS team, they’re playing Southern Utah and not NDSU or Montana State. All the public ever sees is the lopsided games that happen when the FBS schools schedule these low-level FCS teams.

Colorado is judged off the confidence of their coach and not the players. Every professional sports team is ranked by the players that they have but want to act like Colorado is bad or underachieving with Bama or Georgia's roster smh

Refs let them play on both sides. It was consistent on both sides.
There was one very clear offensive pass interference where he pushed off twice in the same play. It was the definition of opi and they didn’t call it either.
They also didn’t call DPI all night either so it goes both ways

I give alot of credit to Deion for even scheduling them. We (FBS fans) have been begging for more games with top FCS schools. I don’t think people realize how many top linemen, TE’s, and (I hate Lance, and Wentz) quarterbacks come from those programs.

They looked okay? You mean Shedeur, Hunter, and Horn did? The rest of the team looked like they belonged in D2 football. Seaton got bullied, BJ Green had 1 single tackle in the entire game. CU had only 2 sacks, and the CU's secondary looked like they couldn't stop NDSU's passing attack for at least 3 of the 4 quarters. CU would probably take 3rd place in the Missouri Valley Football Conference lol

Pat didnt flip on Prime and CU. The problem is; everyone that was riding with CU last year got burned. A lot of that had to do with both Lines collapsing when Hunter went down, but they have to prove they can win more.

Overrated? What do people expect from this team? They won 1 game two years ago and 4 games last year, so they might win 6-7 this year. It's just an ok team. Coach sanders says the goal is a bowl game, which is definitely possible. What do people expect?
I think the fatigue comes from things like the ESPN crew describing the first half as "A glowing performance for the Buffs as they trail 17-20". It's just eye rolling when frankly the first half was very good for them and they shouldn't have been trailing.
As for the overated, West Virginia is another BIG 12 school. You don't honestly expect them to cheer and support a school they're directly competing with do you?
NDSU would beat a bunch of D1 teams. Colorado will struggle against a good D line with a good corner. I think they'll make a bowl this year continuing the steady improvement.
What you should take away from this game is this Colorado has no defense. Their offensive line is still bad, Travis Hunter is a generational talent on offense, and NDSU is a good team that had no answer for Travis Hunter.
Defense is better but what I see that happened in that game is they still beating their self,it was a few times defense could of got Dakota off the field in the first half but they had stupid penalties. Colorado should of dominated.
Honestly the coach & #17 DB sold smh the coach kept trying to force the back up Qb run package & it wasn’t working for the most part it was killing the momentum cam miller had while he was putting in work

Travis hunter is going to leave a bunch of NFL snaps at Colorado. I don't care who if you're superman, this is wearing anyone's body out playing so many snaps on both sides of the ball. When his body starts breaking down in year two or Three in the NFL he will have burnt up so many possible NFL snaps in Colorado. Its a waste in my opinion, he will have left so much money in college. ACL, MCL, meniscus, something eventually will wear out with this many snaps. I just hate to see it happem early in his NFL career before he's really cashed in big. Deion says he looks at him as a son, so it's time Deion backs him off and protects him from himself. Because he has the ability to make life changing money. But he's burning up so many snaps on his body in college.

Refs screwed NDSU. They let like 10 seconds tick off the clock that shouldn’t have and they missed a blatant targeting.
As a Coloradan who can’t stand CU, I can guarantee you the refs had nothing to do with it. They let a blatant hold go on NDSU’s first TD and called CU for a lot of ticky-tack stuff in the first half. Refs had nothing to do with it. NDSU blew it with their play calling in the second half… cost me $100 too🤦♂️😂

@@gregshoopman6369 you’re not wrong, I was just trying to show how they were awful both ways. It was definitely a tale of “halves” for the refs. Thankfully CU plays next two games on the road and we won’t have to worry about any “ref bias” in those two rivalry games.
I am an NDSU fan. You will drive yourself mad playing out counterfactials. Colorado scored more points than NDSU. A million things affected how the game ended. Colorado "out-athleted" NDSU. Don't let the officials decide the game.
