Last week, based on your video, I did a week of meal planning and it worked out so well! Several factors that benefited me were, 1. Eliminated decision fatigue, 2. Knowing the plan made space for stress free prep/cooking, and 3. Because I pre purchased the ingredients I had more available time during the week to do other things since I didn't have to make several stops at the market. And purchasing fresh herbs elevated the meals. Much thanks to you for the idea/videos.

I mean, we have to eat every day more than once, so that’s a lot of deciding if it’s not planned. I agree. It has helped me as well. Even though I don’t have a full house anymore. Lol I never thought to use paper clips in the recipe book for my weekly meal plan. Good idea! I'm getting back into Nourishing Traditions after Keto and Carnivore helped some things. I found A2 milk in my local grocery store, and for the first time, I don't have to buy lactose free. Great video! And your binder looks like the nude filofax that was really popular a few years ago. Gorgeous.
@@AvaGld2309 thank you Ava! Yes, keto helped me with some things to by taking out bad carbs I used to eat. Now my focus is on more fiber and veggie and fruit. That seems to be what is helping me now, along with prebiotic and probiotic foods. It’s funny how our bodies change, and we can’t eat the way we used to. It’s hard to keep up with! 😂 my Planner is a Planner Perfect size wide. This is the Jennifer. I love her!!
