Do you do this in each weeks spread as a whole spread? I am not sure if I would have room in my journal with the other stuff. 🤔 But I may try it. I just do mine on a tear sheet and stick it to the fridge so my kids don’t drive me batty. 😂
@@yarning4asmile I do a 2-page spread at the end of each monthly journal. I sometimes use four pages, and meant to do that this time . 🤦🏻♀️ that way, I would have room for breakfasts and lunches as well. I always have a few pages at the end of my monthly left, so it works perfectly. 😁
I also have a dad that passed away from Parkinson’s and definitely diet helped him live long . He passed at 90. I adopted a plant based / fish 🐟 diet and been working to stay as healthy in my gut as possible. Love all those books
@@Anajournals oh I’m so sorry about your dad. 🙏🏽♥️ That’s great you are healing your gut. I do need to eat more seafood. I think I’ll try to have it at least once a week.
Thank you for sharing your process. I follow a similar process, musing favorites and newer recipes. I often feel like it either takes too long or I repeat the same meals and it’s less appetizing. This shows me that it just takes time and thought. You have sold me on these cookbooks. lol.
You are so welcome! I go through phases where I don’t do it as thoroughly, and I get into an unhealthy eating pattern. I need to do it this way for my health, and decided to make Health my number one priority for now. so that includes being more intentional about what I eat, and if I don’t plan it, I will not eat healthy. Especially with people in my house bringing in unhealthy food. 🤦🏻♀️ I hope you enjoy the cookbooks! I sure do 😊
Loved watching your meal plan process. I do my meal planning in a Planner Perfect journal. I plan for 2 weeks at a time after shopping my pantry and freezer. I make my grocery list from the menu and that way I have everything I need to make each dinner. I shop for two weeks at a time and just pick up produce once in between the two weeks so it is fresh. Thx for sharing! (your handwriting is so pretty!)
@@carolrodenbeck2381 I had sent before it was finished. That sounds like a good plan. I might do two weeks at a time when it’s only my husband and I. But for now, I have two of my adult boys living with us as well, and they are like a pack of wolves, a bottomless pit. 🤦🏻♀️ I don’t think much would last in my house for two weeks 😂 Thanks for watching my video. 😁
@@jimivane5095 It is just my husband and me so it's easy to do every two weeks. Started this in 2020 when the big virus started just to stay out of the store as much as possible which worked well for us.

I seem to struggle with meal planning and this helped simplify things. Thank you for sharing!
@@robinzak5202 oh good, I’m glad it helped! I debated whether to share it or not because it’s so simple.

Actually where do you put your lunch ideas? Thank you

Hey sweetness, I have a question. What Coco Daisy kits do you get?
