To make the shiny parts pop, it would be a good Idea to do your smokey eye first, then use your lightest concealer to go over the lid where you want shine, wet and apply the pigment. The lighter base makes the shimmer pop and stick better... just blend the shimmer into almost a gradient

SUPER late to this video but first of all you are GORGEOUS!!! Secondly, I went to purchase the Anastasia Medium to Tan contour pallet but it doesn't contain the shades Macchiato or Peaches and cream. The current kid has the shades : Vanilla - Pale cream; Banana - Pale yellow; Sand - Radiant chiffon; Java - Mocha; Fawn - Tawny; Havana - Warm russet. Is this what I should get? It's a powder contour kit - not positive if that is what you were using. Or is there a contour kit with similar shades? I just don't wanna waste my money on the wrong purchase! Also - Do you not use a setting powder at all? I am trying makeup looks for my upcoming wedding and I LOVE this look and would love to use it for my wedding!!! Thank you!!! :)

What do you think of the brush that comes with the palette? I bought the naked 3 palette and one from Revolution, and I feel like it barely picks up the eyeshadow.. is it the brush or the eyeshadow pigment that’s not good? It’s especially the shimmer colors that barely show on my eyelids. Hope you can help!
its not too bad but i would definitely use brushes you are comfortable with,, and wet the brush with fix plus or another setting spray to make the shimmers pop!!
Naked 3 is my favorite pallet and I never considered mixing shades before applying them, great idea I can't wait to try this!
