Helloooo My rows aren't even, seems like they're decreasing in size as they go up, I keep checking my work but I didn't miss crocheting on any of the double crochet, will I have to take the whole thing down?
You may have to. When you redo it, please remember to count how many stitches there are on each row so that all rows are even. Also, you can attach a stitch marker at the first and last stitch of each row so that when you start the next row, you're not placing the stitches into the wrong stitch ... that may be where the problem is.
so do you make the front 2 rows shorter the the back, then add the little shoulder strap 2 rows? or is the strap just extra added to connect the front and back?
Hi Cintia, you'll have to make two panels of the same size, but when you finish your second panel, you're going to add a few rows of double crochet on both sides and connect it to the first panel..
Hi! I'm a beginner, will skipping two chains instead of one when doing the double crochet alter the pattern in any way? Like will I have to make adjustments to the rest of the sweater? I want the sweater to have a "looser knit" look
Hi Alexi, yes, the mesh will have a bigger "hole" on them but it won't alter the pattern that much if you'll decide to follow the rest of the pattern ...
Can anybody offer any advice? My piece is getting narrower as I go and curling at the bottom and I can’t comprehend how to not make this happen with skipping every second stitch the whole way
Hi Alex, I'm sorry for the late response, this comment was filtered. If you're using an acrylic yarn, they do tend to curl especially on the bottom and sides but they will eventually even out as the panel gets bigger. My advice is to block the first few rows before you continue with the panel.
Hi Kripa, yes that's fine.. the only difference is the outcome will not be as fitted and the opening of the armholes will be a bit larger ... other than that it is perfectly fine to do so
So excited to give this a try!! Your explanation is so clear
Thank you so much! I'd love to see and share it when it's done! 😍

How much yarn did you use?
Is this pattern available in print? I do love the videos, but when traveling it’s easier to have printout. Thanks
Beautiful design 💙
For 34"" chest how many stitches. I'm a beginner 🙂
I have same question.. When crocheting wearable clothing I need a pattern. I wish this was available in print.
for the sides if you do more than 2 rows of dc is it okay? or will the top look weird?

@@whataboutyarn oh okay thank you!!
How many stitches for a large top for this pattern please
Yes please
It all depends on yarn, hook size and your tension. You can make this out of any yarn. Just measure the chain against your body.
Cute
Thank you! 💖
how could I do this if I didn't want it to be mesh? Should I do a half double crochet stitch?
yes you can :)
Porfavor fuera en español
