I'm now a month and a half into my dread journey, I am constantly coming to your channel (I've actually been watching for years though!) to relax my nerves on all the loose hair and kinks :') seems my dreads love looping so it looks mad. Please don't stop making videos you are such a joy to watch and I love your advice

I'm really glad to see your face again. You've been the best guide for me and understanding the dredding process. Even *after* you took your dreds out, I've still learned from this video. I found you after I'd already started my dreds, almost 2 years ago. I would up taking them out, giving my hair a bit of rest, then diving in again more correctly and with much better results. Thank you for sharing what you know, in a way that makes a lot of sense.
Btw, dredded or not, your hair is gorgeous, and you're a beautiful human.

Thank you! My fiance is getting dreads and I have used your videos as good reference for thinking about dreads and what to think about once the decision has been made. He was much more comfortable after those videos and had a clear idea of what he wanted as opposed to "I want dreads now" from before. He fell in love with mine once I got them, and we are starting our dread journey "together" as he is gona be a month behind me. Off topic, but THANK YOU! Your videos have helped me and my fiance a LOT I look forward to more information you share in the future

Only a week in myself, but I've watched a ton of your videos. I guess the bulk of the advice simply boils down to "keep them clean and leave them the hell alone!" So that is why I'm trying to do, even though I have the urge to do something with them. In fact I think that is where palm rolling came from. A placebo to make us feel like we are doing something productive until everything happens on its own.

if you should make another video I have a question! 😁 I found that my blunt ends which have some upside down hairs in it tend to collect a lot of lint and stuff that you can't really get out. Is it me doing something wrong? I have either cut those parts off or unravelled the ends. Maybe it's a beginner thing when your dreads haven't been dreaded the natural way yet so it's a bigger mess than it will be when it grows out dreaded? Do I make any sense? 😁

Hiya, love your content and advice mate. Quick question. I’m 4 1/2 months into my dreadlock journey, I have an undercut, so I only have 16 baby dreads, my hair grows fast and in the last few weeks they have really started compressing and tightening, but the new growth is coming in super fast so I have just as length on the new growth as I do locked hair on some of them, will this balance out or do I need to take action and if so what action. Thanks in advance and pls keep making videos

Yooo, bro I wanted to know if I should twist and rip and get dreads (straight hair). I tried a couple of dreads in the front, I’m struggling w the loose hair around the dread, I don’t have a crochet and prolly won’t be able to get one soon cuz of lockdown. A lot of my hair is uneven length (baby hair and damaged hair maybe ) so while twist and rip they aren’t getting twisted properly I guess? The dreads that I got were pretty loose, I’m not sure if I’m doing it right or if I’m doing something wrong. Any tips or help will be appreciated!
