    Here in Monterey, they don't have any Indian grocery store. Have to use select brand(Harina de traiga) atta, which is maida only . I have checked Sam's club, HEB, soriana and city club, didn't find the atta of any other brand.

      Yeah I know!!!! But for you guys it’s just two hours to cross the border and you can get everything from there, I know many Indian families who do that, but ofcourse you need the US visa 😃

    Thank you aunty, for showing us so many things about Mexico, and that too from an Indian perspective. I have a question for you (and maybe your daughters as well) as well as Mexican people who frequent this channel - I have been looking to learn about the history of Mexico, and obviously, books are indispensable in this regard. So, which books would be useful, and could anyone suggest a few names of some *reliable* books? I'm looking at a broad sweep of Mexican history, right from the Olmecs, all the way up to the 20th century. I have zero Spanish language skills, so I would appreciate names of English language books. Thanking you in anticipation, and love and greetings to all of you from Mumbai.

      Glad you like the videos, and regarding books, i have posted it on my instagram too, if someone suggests me any books, will let you know as i have zero knowledge about Mexican history books 😀 or hope someone will reply to you here. Good luck

    Is English language generally spoken or we must learn spanish for daily communication?

    • @IndianmominMexico
      @IndianmominMexico  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not commonly spoken here, but since some vocabulary is similar, people will understand the context but not be able to reply back, in cities or in popular places like malls, clubs you might find people communicating but in small stores and local areas you need to know spanish
