    When I saw you were going to use the router to carve out the stair profile I was worried how the tread detail was going to workout. It looks really nice! Great work!

      Thanks for watching. I used a light Maple stain to match up pretty close to the Maple floors we have.

    Came out great, you need to invest in some dust collection though, to minimise mess inside the home and to save your lungs and your family's too, you need eye and ear protection whilst using a router. Found your channel as a beginner welder, I've subscribed, greeting from Australia. It would be useful to mention on your builds what size nails and screws you used, what finish, where to purchase etc, just to give beginners some confidence...
