The first time I heard this piece was on a M*A*S*H episode as Charles worked with Korean musicians to play this beautiful Mozart work. It was a sad ending when the musicians were brought into the camp...all dead, innocent victims of the Korean war.
An interesting version... a little bit too fast. End of phrases are too short. I prefer Sabine Meyer's version on TH-cam. Much more expressive and better quartet!
My favorite Mozart piece. You do it justice, Sergio.
It's a great piece! I can't wait to perform it. Our quintet is playing it at a nursing home, so I know they'll like it.
