Because
1. Kevel aap 720 valo ko hi ye marks Kyo de rehe ho...
2. Inn logo ka bhi center vahi kese tha..
3. 720 valo ka time kese kam peda..
4.or kis hisab se aapne marks kese diye kisi ko 718 or 719...
Had he NTA koi valid reason nahi he aapke pass
