Why cut off increase?? It's a question why results suddenly came out on election day and before superm court hearing #India wants to know
bcoz all the media will be busy covering election results and nta will release the result quietly so that no objection is spread by media.....
The reason of cutoff generally is the paper but I don't personally think paper was that easy it has something to do with scam I guess
