Inspirational!!! MArk ur a legend! To all u haters... He can't hear u he's somewhere else training hard and improving himself while u sit at home hating on success!
That's an absurd assertion. Svend is one of my all time favorites. When he and Magnus were competing, those were some fantastic shows. However, Mark Felix really is one of, if not THE, greatest in WSM history when it comes to the deadlift.
Jeesh Felix is great at deadlift thats amazing that he lifted that 455lbs with one arm. I am 150lbs and I have over 460 but it felt like I was lifitng a house for felix its like lifting a bucket of water. Felix is Awesome!
Definitely strongest grip in the business and one of the best power to weight ratios in strongman. Thought this was going to be some video of him doing other back exercises though! Deadlift alone, well can't really compare with Benni (though yes he does have ~40kg on Felix)
@sirgalalot88 You've mention his age as some kind of disadvantage. I belive the oposite is true. We're not talking speed here. We're talking strentgh. It is well known that the strongest mans in the world have reached their peaks in their 40's even late 40's.
Why would you assume I have not lifted that much just because of my weight? I seriously have I am a lightweight powerlifter. I am not exaderating one bit. I am not here to argue but I didnt appreciate such a rude remark. I hope you can improve your respect toward other beings especially if you know nothing about them. I simply came on here to compliment Felix. Peace!
@r01dzz Generally training 3 hours a day is counterproductive (depending what you're doing, if its all at once or spread out makes a difference), although very impressive. Whatever works for you though, no one is built exactly the same. But I bet that after a couple months if you cut back for a bit you would have huge gains after a couple weeks and then you could go back to it.
@DanielSel Svend doesn't have a bigger deadlift than Felix. Kevin is debatable and Savickas is well...just Savickas lol. But Mark is unbeatable at any deadlift medley especially the WSM even more impressive considering he's in his 40's.
why bother posting this nonsense ? its just a vid, its not gonna be called ...mabie the 4th strongest back in the business, but id better check first coz daniel might get a cob on ... ....
Mark that was fantastic keep up the great lifting you the man!!!! Big up yourself brother!!
You are the man Mark. Good luck for 2011
Mark thats awesome! That strong back comes in very handy in Worlds Strongest Man competition
Inspirational!!! MArk ur a legend! To all u haters... He can't hear u he's somewhere else training hard and improving himself while u sit at home hating on success!
you are the boss! the number one man hope to see you in action again soon

this guy is an inspiration.

best deadlifter in the strongman hands down
This guy has some of the gnarliest grip strength I've ever seen
awesome power Mark.
I actually didn't know this but I must say...DEFINATELY the strongest back in strongman and top five in the world. Wow. 400KG no straps. Nice.
damn... 350kg x 5 reps - this guy is a beast !
Awesome.............
Felix is a fucking machine. Being able to deadlift 215kg with 1 arm? Superhuman strength
WOW. Thanks you guys, makes me want to go out and lift more in 09. With your support of course!
Mark Felix is just a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what an awesome gym atmosphere. Brothers in Iron!
Great vid and great lifting!
felix has never lost the deadlift event in the worlds strongest man .... how do you like those apples ...
great
Very nice vid.
awsome !!
Felix's grip, Pudzianowski's athleticism, Savickas' overhead--hell Savickas' everything else...and you'd get Bill "killer" kazmaier ;-)
damn 1 hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hes all natural apparently. belivable.
felix just broke the tire deadlift wr with 511kg! very impressive i have to say
yea a tire deadlift or somethin... andy bolton holds the world record for a proper deadlift
Whats with the schoolgirls skirt?

omg...
konstantin konstantinov is the best !! no belt no suit no straps no stupid gears
shut up dummy

monster mash
That's funny he just broke the tire deadlift WR with 511kg. Pretty impressive even though he is not "Norwegian".
theres 350kg hes gotta lower, give him somwe credit, he resets him self at the bottom rather than just bounce up
...who cares about that ? WSM is where it counts and felix is the best !!! i think we can call me the winner and everyone who disagrees ....losers ?
Just to let you know he comes from Grenada not Jamaica get it right.
YEh because people from Greneda always wear kilts don't they
konstantin deadlifted 400kg without a belt and straps
er told you to sod off
konstantinovs doesnt need a belt
@patrick123gk arild haugen is one of favourite strongmen but he definitely wouldn't beat felix in a deadlift contest.
he was repping 770 pounds for fun
Big Z.
why bother posting this nonsense ? its just a vid, its not gonna be called ...mabie the 4th strongest back in the business, but id better check first coz daniel might get a cob on ... ....
this is powerlifting not bodybuilding, get as much weight for as many reps
its a kilt !!
L is for ?
There are guys way smaller doing over 800 pounds. I just don't get it.
800lbs? That's cute. 405kgs is 891lbs!! And he did it pretty comfortably. Name a much smaller guy who can pull 900lbs....
Jesse Norris. He's a 200 lb power lifter dlifting 800+. He's nuts.
+Wooby well mark pulls over 1,100+ so yeah...
that's not a true deadlift, it's a tire deadlift, lmao. Completely different. Bar bends more, less ROM.
+Wooby well lets see jesse pull the 1,100+ on the tire deadlift.
hahaha
@WOLFGANGER666 It's not Marks fault your boyfriend was rough on you last night. Take your racism elsewhere, it serves no good purpose here.
He's strong as hell, but there are guys a lot stronger out there...
That's my uncle
+Mackenzie Brigham hence the title the strongest back in the business not the strongest man in the business.
