Hi! Primer (surfacer) work is necessary in all plastic model work. Because the parts are trimmed with sandpaper, the scratches become a role to cover the scratches that look like this.

if 0.15 - 0.2 mm is suggested for MG, how about HG? I normally work with HG kits
0.15mm can be used for HG kits.
