Boil water, add salt..add gnocchi..they cook very quickly in 3 to 5 minutes. once they float drain immediately...add whatever topping/flavoring you prefer...tomato sauce, butter and Parmesan, pesto sauce, white cream sauce...I'm sure there are other toppings you can use.

Hi Toni - can’t wait to see how they turn out. Weigh them before putting into the freeze dryer, then weigh them when they are done - that is how you calculate how much moisture is required to rehydrate before cooking.
