I used the app to activate them, without the app you have to press the button on the light box. There are different settings one of them is the correct one to activate the signal lights with the remote
Hello! Nice work and very neat! Congratulations! May I ask one question - how you managed to make the turn signals work? What was the issue in your case? Thanks a lot!
I had them wrong connected in the distribution box, the one taped tonyhe body 🙈🙈 once connected like shown in the video in last part then they worked fine.
It was much more prosaic :) I’ve had everything connected correctly, but didn’t quickly press twice the Signal button on the power panel, in order to activate turn signals. :) Now it is working completely fine. Just a side note, the instruction says when using the Maxx cable, the RX one should not be used. Just one cable at a time. But maybe I’m missing something… again. :) Anyway, thanks for your help and good luck!
@@rcjoy5362 on the power module, which is mounted on the cars chassis and where the “maxx in” socket is, there are two buttons - “mode” and “signal”. Press the “signal” button quickly two times and the confirmation blinking will happen. Then when the car is stand still and you turn the steering right or left, the relevant blinker should start working. Really hope this will help you! In my case this is installed on a Defender. If you have another model, check one more time, that you used correct slots. I did so, but in my case the solution was just a two-time button press away. :)
Good work.. my problem is that rock lights are always on. They are in N position like manual suggest . How can I solve it? I would like rock light work with high beam headlights
thx. I’m also looking for a solution, maybe remote controlled switch on the rocklights. But still not found a solution for that. If i find a system I sure film it.
I have just spoken with Traxxas support… there’s no way to turn off rock lights.. they are always on even with pro scale kit. The only way is unplugged them!
@@Vi5889 yeah I know but saw someone here at the club using a switch on the car that made it possible to switch those lights of that way instead of disconnecting constantly by plug that eventually gives some tear and wear to the cable or connector. He just had a manual switch between the connection and the rock lights.
I have the Advanced Pro kit and I’m able to operate the rock lights using the app and Bluetooth module. I have the rock lights plugged into auxiliary port number 2 and the low auxiliary switch in the app controls it. Hope that helped you guys.
How where you able to get the blinkers to work I can’t get mine to work for some reason I got them to work once yesterday and they haven’t worked since
@@DerAlterego That’s what I was doing and they where not coming on but they work because they flash when you turn them on and off via the signal button on the power module
Why you connected both the blue wires? I did all you did and my light dont come on.
My signal lights are not working. What did you do to get yours to work? I figured it out thank's and great video.

@@DerAlterego Thanks, man! I’ll try to check tomorrow, what’s wrong.

To switch on the turn signals, just turn in the direction you wish to signal while stopped. The signal will self-cancel once you’re underway.

Why don't use the other communication cable?
How do you make it blinking and flashing ?
Well if you connected everything correct and you drive backwards the backup lights work automatic, also blinkers. When turning the blinking starts.
Nice info thanks
No prob sir
