To make a Grub plug, use a piece of 5/16" dia. wooden dowel and chuck into a drill or drill press. Use a small triangle file to grind the grooves of the grub body, ending with a taper, cut to length, then saw a small groove in the end of the taper. Sand smooth then seal the plug with butcher block wax. Glue in the tail and make your mold. Produces quality baits!
I’ve done this before, this is a new way, I’m constantly checking new options, looking for a better one for myself, wood is not the best option

The mold is what cost money... once you have it all you have to do is buy the resin mold filler stuff and continue making your grubs in any color saves you $5 a pack which adds up over time

Only cost a couple of pence to buy rather than all that time,effort and expense. Be alot different if it was some type of unusual lure that you cannot buy not the cheapest most common lure to buy.
You look around the channel, I think you will be surprised how many “unusual baits” I have, but for some reason you decided to watch this video

Dude, I didn't even finish the video. Absolutely ridiculous. Brah, buy a cheap model. And a cheap injector. Save yourself a headache. They have molds as cheap as $35. And injectors under $100. Jesus Christ, the crazy psycho crap people will put theirselves through trying to save a buck.... Smh
It’s funny to think that this is for the sake of saving money, this is a hobby, I’m developing a skill for making more complex silicone baits that you won’t buy in any store, look around the channel, there are many baits that you will see for the first time in your life :)
