@@_sinchan_0.1 bro normal workouts , diet and skipping and i am active physically since childhood. I never cared about my height. I remember when I was 14 I was 5'3 it didn't bother me . I started caring about it almost from 8 months when I get a taste of social media where everyone saying 6ft 6ft . In 2023 I was 5'8 and today I measured it comes out to be 5'10 boom I couldn't believe it . I think one inch increased because of gym and very protein rich diet from last 3 months
