Quiting weed, Facebook and ghosting everyone for over 178 days now in my experience truly made my life better.
I just deactivate all my social media. Looking on how to do it for 6 months. I'm hoping for one year. I need to heal and my peace. I had enough. Be slicent for a long time. Pray I get through it. This is for me. Not being selfish but I need this. The best for myself so I can be my best. ❤

Amen! I decided to pack everything and moved to a small town recently. Turned the phone off to avoid all parasites who were feeding off me. Two weeks later I gained 5kg naturally as I was super skinny, skin started to glow, so many new ideas began to come in. Started lifting.

I do this very often. It would happen randomly..I just pay attention to my emotions & if I feel like I need to shut down I’ll do it with no warning to others. I use to let my friends know but I stopped doing that cause those that know me, know me ❤️
