I feel that the karl, gesche and jürche versions are my favorite version, and I am unable to pronounce any as my definite favorite. Karl's and Jürche's version is a very beautiful rendition of the song, very much as from the toungues of the knights this song is about, while gesche's version is like the knight's love speaking to the wind the perils that her love must be facing. I wish that Karl and Gesche would make a combined rendition, where the stanzas where the knight himself seems to speak being sung by karl, while gesche singing the more emotional/speculative bits like the stanza of the flag, or the stanza saying how the knights have become strangers to their mainland brothers etc. Some snowy sounds might help. If you like my idea, please reply as to if you have any suggestions which I haven't thought of, and if you like my Idea, please upvote it, so maybe Herr Karl and Fraulein Gesche will see my Idea and hopefully consider it.
